Tameshia Bridges Mansfield is Vice President of Workforce Innovation at Jobs for the Future. Mansfield is responsible for advancing the organization’s leadership, strategy, and initiatives in equitable workforce development, including worker economic advancement, employer mobilization, inclusive partnerships, and innovative systems-building. Bridges Mansfield currently serves on the advisory board of the Clean Slate Initiative and the board of the Chicago Jobs Council. She has also served as a board member with the Chicago Abortion Fund. Bridges Mansfield holds a master’s degree in social work with an emphasis on health policy and community development from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in political science with double minors in women’s studies and English from Stephens College in Columbia, MO.
