Detroit Justice Centers’s (DJC) is soliciting qualified firms for real estate pre-development and development related services to Detroit Justice Center’s Community Land Trust (CLT) clients. The firms who respond to this RFQ will be placed on a service provider roster to be interviewed and potentially selected by DJC clients to provide the real estate development services required to develop affordable housing on CLTs.
