Dani Sanna is a Financial Analyst at Detroit Justice Center supporting the many critical operational needs of the organization. Dani grew up in the Metro Detroit area and developed a keen interest in all Detroit sports teams. Their passion for sports led them to obtain their B.A. in Sport Management from University of Michigan. Dani started their career as the Operations Manager for a championship caliber Golf Course while working towards completing their MBA from Eastern Michigan University. After many experiences during their time in the white male dominated corporate environment, Dani’s passion for racial and gender equity blossomed. In June of 2022 Dani was overjoyed to join the DJC team as it has allowed them to use the operational savvy to support an organization whose mission is dear to their heart. They are most excited to continue to learn and grow with the DJC whilst supporting the movement to end mass incarceration.
