Tiffany Jones, currently serving as DJC’s Associate Director of Finance and Operations was born and raised in the city of Detroit. She is a proud product of the Detroit Public school system, graduating from the top city school of Renaissance High. Tiffany graduated from Grand Valley State University and immediately started her career at a local Public Accounting firm. From there, Tiffany explored different areas of accounting to cultivate her accounting and finance skills, learning different industries, and was able to bring that toolkit of knowledge back home to Detroit. In her exploration, Tiffany obtained skills in general accounting, tax, budget planning and analyses, internal audit, continuous improvement, forecasting, and strategic planning & visioning. Tiffany is excited to continue supporting the organization’s critical financial and operational processes with an eye on maintaining a strong foundation that will ensure continued success of the organization.
