Ryan M. Mardini is a Corporate, M&A, and Tax Attorney focusing his practice on advising publicly held and privately owned companies and financial sponsors on a variety of transactional matters, including U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, minority and majority investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Ryan has advised on and managed a myriad of transactions across a multitude of industries and jurisdictions from letter of intent to closing, with an aggregate consideration of well over $1 billion. Prior to moving back to Michigan, Ryan was a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group of a prominent international law firm based in Chicago.

Ryan received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Michigan, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy, and is in process of completing his Master of Laws (LLM) in M&A and International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
