Dana Hayes is serving Detroit Justice Center as the Director of People and Culture. Dana earned her B.S. in Human Resource Management & Organizational Development, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, and holds PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) certifications.

Prior to joining DJC, she has served as a human resource business leader supporting automotive, human services, and education industries where she led strategy around HR operational initiatives from an equitable lens.
