Jordan Sanchez is an experienced leader specializing in social impact, organizational effectiveness, partnership development, innovation, and strategy. Recently serving as the vice president at B Lab U.S. & Canada, he managed FinOps, People Ops, and Internal Innovation. As the Founder and Principal of J2 Advisory Group, Jordan collaborates with leaders to improve operational efficiency, foster innovation, and develop strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Before his executive roles, Jordan was a Portfolio director at IDEO.org, where he worked with key partners to innovate and build products, programs, campaigns, and leadership collectives to drive systems-level change for economic mobility and economic inclusion. Before that, Jordan served as a Partnerships Lead at the Clinton Foundation, where he worked with Global Foundations & Financial Institutions to develop market-based approaches to inclusive economic products & programs. 

Jordan has extensive experience in community-led and human-centered design, emphasizing equitable and just economic systems. His work includes advising on community-owned asset development in Tulsa, OK; creating accessible home lending products in Detroit, MI; investing in workforce development focused on black maternal healthcare in NJ; and implementing equitable distribution of disaster recovery funds in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria. 

Jordan has also served on the board of several organizations focused on innovative capital models and economic empowerment, including Community Credit Lab and Agora Partnerships. 

Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University.
